ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join a growing civil contractor in Brisbane, QLD. This is a outstanding opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on water infrastructure projects. Open to junior to intermediate level QS and CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support Project Managers with contracts and commercial activities
Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and EOTs
Assist with pre-contracts and tendering
Manage subcontractor progress claims
Monitor project costs and commercial documentation
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and project teams
Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation

What We're Looking For:
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying,



Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in civil construction as a Quantity Surveyor ir Contract Administrator
Understanding of contracts, variations, claims and EOTs
Strong communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
Australian or Current Zealand civil construction experience highly regarded
