Belgravia Leisure is seeking a energetic Sous Chef to lead the hospitality operations at the East Fremantle Community Park, a vibrant hub for sport, leisure and community engagement. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will oversee the Bar & Cafe, Function Centre, and allied facilities, shaping culinary delivery and guest experiences.
You will drive menu development, food quality, cost control and team mentoring in a quick-paced setting while collaborating with venue leadership and stakeholders.
