How You'll Shine

Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving Food & Beverages.
n
Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, check in and out, answer telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
n
Possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment (e.g., email, basic Word & Excel documentation, and credit card settlement machines).

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable.
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
n
Current Food Safety Certificate.
n
Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
n
Enthusiastic, self‐motivated and positive individual.
n
Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
n
Ability to work a versatile roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings and school holiday periods across a 7‐day roster.

Current driver's licence (preferable).
