Diamond Creek Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Registered Nurse (Division 1)
to join our friendly and professional team.
We are a well-established general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about primary healthcare and enjoys working as part of a team-oriented medical team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs and practice team to provide high-quality nursing care and support the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
Assisting GPs with procedures and clinical assessments
Immunisations and vaccination programs
Wound care and dressing management
Health assessments and care plans
Chronic disease management and preventative health care
Assisting with minor procedures
Stock management and maintenance of clinical areasInfection prevention and control
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Providing patient education and health promotion
Supporting the practice team with general clinical duties as required
About You




We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is:
AHPRA registered as a
Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Experienced in general practice or primary healthcare
(preferred)
Professional, reliable and compassionate
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
Well organised and able to manage competing priorities
Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care
Comfortable working with doctors, nurses, reception staff and other healthcare professionals
