The role supports strategic partnerships across Victoria, providing ER/IR guidance and leading workforce development initiatives.
Adaptable arrangements include hybrid work, part-time or job share.
Melbourne or Geelong with 2 days in office weekly; salary range plus superannuation and salary packaging is offered.
