Job Description
Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Head Cook to ensure kitchen quality standards are met and to lead a busy hospitality team. You will assist recruitment, training and development, and support the Restaurant Manager with COGS, labour and operating expenses, while upholding food safety and WH&S; policies.

Experience in busy kitchens, solid leadership, and a certificate in commercial cookery are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive high standards
