Our client is seeking a Building & Construction Associate to join its growing Construction & Infrastructure team.
n
Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of construction disputes, acting for developers, contractors, consultants and principals across litigation, adjudications and dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing construction and infrastructure disputes across courts, tribunals, adjudications and mediations.
n
Advising clients on Security of Payment matters and dispute resolution strategies.
n
Preparing pleadings, submissions, witness evidence and legal advice.
n
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other key stakeholders.
n
Assisting with construction contract reviews and risk management advice.
n
n
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
n
n
3-5 years' PAE in construction litigation or broader commercial litigation with construction exposure.
n
Experience managing disputes through courts, tribunals, adjudications or mediations.
n
Robust drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
n
Knowledge of Security of Payment legislation and construction contracts.
n
A commercial, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
n
