Role Overview

This role involves managing a mixed portfolio across South East Melbourne and Regional VIC, including Pakenham and surrounding areas. You will manage both Rooming Houses and Standard Residential Properties. This is an excellent prospect for a motivated Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and on‐ground property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‐to‐day property operations
n
Manage tenant relations and conduct routine inspections
n
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
n
Handle lease agreements and ensure regulatory compliance
n
Prepare reports and manage property budgets
n
Ensure owner and tenant satisfaction
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation
n

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in Property Management
n




Solid understanding of property maintenance & repair coordination
n
Knowledge of lease agreements and compliance regulations
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Solid organizational and time‐management capabilities
n
Proficiency in property management software (preferred)
n
Cert IV in Property Services or related certification (advantage)
n
