Murchison Region | Cue & Meekatharra | Full-Time Permanent & Casual | Up to $85/hr | 2:2 Roster

MLG Oz is on the hunt for experienced Heavy Duty Fitters to join our high-performing team across our Murchison operations.
n

The Role
n
You'll be working across our operations in the Murchison region, including Cue and Meekatharra, maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy mobile equipment.

You'll Be Hands-on With
n
n
Kenworth & Mack Trucks
n
Loaders, dozers, graders & dump trucks
n
Light vehicles
n
Other heavy mobile plant and site equipment
n
n
What you'll need
n
n
Relevant Australian-recognised Heavy Duty Trade Certificate
n
Full and valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
n
Previous mine site experience is essential
n
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills
n
A strong commitment to safety
n
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Diagnose, fault-find and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
n
Complete scheduled servicing and inspections
n
Strip, rebuild and overhaul major components
n
Maintain diesel engines, drivetrains and hydraulic systems
n
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults
n
Complete accurate maintenance records
n
Work safely and efficiently as part of a skilled maintenance team
n
n
