Job Description

NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is seeking two Casual Guest Service Attendants to join the Front Office team. You will be the first smiling face for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and inquiries while balancing multiple tasks in a quick-paced, festive period.

You'll use multiple systems for reservations and payments, provide local recommendations, and ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure. Adaptable shifts from 8:00am–8:00pm with a robust customer-service focus.
