Job Description
McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) via Plan Group (PSS) seeks a National Claims Manager to lead 6 direct reports and 80 indirect staff across NSW/VIC locations, ensuring productive, accurate, and timely processing within the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
You will provide strategic direction, drive process improvements, and manage workforce resources while engaging internal and external stakeholders as part of MMS's market-leading service.
