Kushiro Fusion Cuisine, Fitzroy is seeking experienced Front of House staff for part-time or casual shifts in a premium dining setting.
You will deliver genuine hospitality with a focus on table service, order taking, and guest engagement in a fast-paced setting.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years FOH experience, a background in ALC dining, and a current RSA certificate.
Excellent communication and customer service are essential, with evening and weekend availability required.
