*We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to join Busy Bees at Amberton Beach full-time.
With capacity for 104 children, this purpose-built centre offers a genuine opportunity to take ownership, drive growth and make the centre your own.Located in a beautiful growing community just 500 metres from the beach, you'll be supported by a passionate core team and a dedicated 2IC, with the opportunity to build team capability and unlock the centre's full potential.
**What you'll do*** Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality early learning service.
* Build on the centre's strong culture of relationships, belonging and family engagement.
* Drive occupancy growth and financial performance in line with budget targets.
* Build, mentor and retain a high-performing leadership team.
* Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and Western Australian regulations.
* Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and educational excellence.
* Support an environment where children build confidence,



independence and important life skills through play, routines and everyday experiences.
* Develop strong partnerships with families and the local community.
* Collaborate with your Area Director and support functions to achieve strategic goals.
* Lead performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
**What you'll bring*** A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
* Current Western Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and WA compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A warm, relationship-focused leadership style and a genuine passion for creating a place where children, families and educators feel they belong.
