Job Description
Catholic Healthcare in Sydney is seeking a Physiotherapist for a wide-ranging role in Community Aged Care.
You will assess, plan and deliver physiotherapy services in clients' homes and Wellness Hubs, and coordinate with care teams to promote mobility and independence.
This permanent part-time role requires a 3-day minimum with flexible hours.
You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, work with multidisciplinary teams, and educate clients and families.
