Job Description
Guardian Marrickville is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to lead alongside the Centre Director and Leadership Team. You'll nurture educator and family partnerships, ensuring children receive outstanding education and care in a dynamic, play-based workplace.
You will help build a robust Centre culture, manage resources, and contribute to safeguarding and continuous improvement across learning spaces and programs.
Full time with flexibility - mix of on-site, admin, and WFH options. Lead day-to-day ops with a calm Director and stable, supportive team.
