COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER | 6-MONTH CONTRACT

I'm currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a 6-month temporary contract with a well-established institutional organisation in Perth.
This is a great opportunity for a CPM who enjoys a hands‐on role across property management and leasing, and is looking for a defined contract with some flexibility around working days.
Start ASAP / September ********* February ****
4 or 5 days per week | ******* hours
Office-based initially, with WFH potentially available after 6 weeks
You'll be joining an established Property Management & Leasing Team, providing additional support across their commercial property portfolio.
What they're looking for:
Demonstrated commercial property management & leasing experience
Robust written communication and report-writing skills
Experience preparing professional briefing notes
Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
Someone comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their workload
