Y Schools Queensland seeks a Senior Practice Lead based in Fortitude Valley for a permanent, full-time role. You will provide specialist leadership across social work, casework and complex case management, promoting trauma-aware, culturally secure practice under the THRIVE framework.
You will lead supervision, governance and cross-functional collaboration to address barriers to education and ensure high-quality practice across campuses. Travel between campuses is required.
