AWM Craigieburn is looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales skilled to join our team. As part of the MM Electrical Group, we combine the strength of a national business with the local knowledge and relationships of our store locations. What You'll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our trade customers.
n
Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
n
Respond to customer enquiries and provide product solutions.
n
Prepare, manage and follow up quotes.
n
Proactively contact customers to generate sales.
n
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
n
Provide product advice and develop strong product knowledge.
n
Work with suppliers to source products and competitive solutions.
n
Achieve sales, margin and individual KPIs.
n
Work as part of the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
