This is a dynamic role focused on leasing and business development. You'll be repsonsible for growing the rent roll by securing recent managements. For every recent management you bring to the business, you'll earn commission on top of your salary.

About the role:
Prospect and identify new management opportunities to grow our portfolio




Working closely wth the sales team and following up investor leads
Perform rental property appraisals and win new residential managements
Conduct open homes with leasing consultant to identify leads
You would possess the follow skills/qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) within the real estate industry in the same or sales position
Strong network and understanding of the local market
High level organisation and time management skills
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Current Driver's License & and reliable vehicle
Strong knowledge of the relevant legislation
