About the Role - Content Creator
n
The Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing and managing high-quality visual marketing content across digital and social platforms.
n
Working closely with the marketing team, the role combines content creation, photography, videography, editing and digital marketing to grow brand awareness, audience engagement and support lead generation and sales.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan, create and publish visual marketing content across social media, websites, digital advertising and other online channels.
n
Produce and edit professional photography, videography and short-form video content for marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
n
Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content during photoshoots, workshops, events and other business activities.
n
Develop creative concepts and content aligned with marketing campaigns, brand strategy and commercial objectives.
n
Maintain an organised library of photography, video and digital marketing assets.
n




Monitor social media trends and content performance to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
n
Collaborate with marketing, photography and wider business teams to coordinate content production and promotional activities.
n

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
n
The successful candidate will require:
n
n
Demonstrated professional experience in digital content creation, social media marketing or a related content-focused role.
n
Strong professional photography and videography skills, including experience creating high-quality commercial, promotional and brand content.
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.
n
Experience creating and editing short-form video content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
n
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, digital content best practices and platform-specific content requirements.
n
Strong visual storytelling, creative concept development and attention to detail, with the ability to take content from concept through to final delivery.
n
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with marketing, photography and creative teams.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional training in content creation, marketing, media, communications, photography, videography or a related discipline
n
