Joinalargeanddiverseorganisationdelivering critical technology services to support business operations and community outcomes.
You willbe responsible forproviding Level 2 support, complex troubleshooting, system analysis, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications.
This will see you involved in:
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues
Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for enterprise systems.
Manage and prioritise service desk tickets, incidents
Monitor system performance to ensure that all software applications are functioning well
Document technicalissues,resolutionsandsystem performance
Weekly reviews on project status
To be considered for this role we are eager to speak with candidateswith:




Experiencesupportingandmaintainingtwo or more enterprise applications, including ERP, EDRMS
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows *****, Active Directory, Citrix, cloud technologies, and related ICT systems.
Proven experience in ICT support and delivering excellent customer service.
IT project experience
Mix of corporate and government experience
Sound understanding of project financials
Understandingofchangemanagement activities
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
