Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary youth team, plan NDIs funded therapy packages and engage families to support goals across education, personal, social and work domains.

You'll work in diverse settings, from homes to schools and community centres, with mentoring from senior clinicians. A tertiary qualification in Youth Work or Social Work and registrations are required.
