What you'll be doing

Support client reporting, including liaison, requirements, implementation and maintenance.
n
Respond to stakeholder queries, source data and produce accurate reports.
n
Deliver monthly, ad hoc and operational reports with insights.
n
Understand systems and extract meaningful data.
n
Investigate, cleanse and validate data.
n
Support reporting, systems and process improvement projects.
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Assist with training materials as required.
n
Learn varied business tasks and build broad knowledge.
n
Identify and support system and process improvements.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Experience in reporting, data analysis, BI or a similar role.
n
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting.
n




Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
n
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
n
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Passion for reporting and quality data.
n
Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team.
n
Willingness to learn, take ownership and improve processes.
