About the Role
n
**MUST HAVE BUILDING INDUSTRY ADMIN EXPERIENCE CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS/ACTIVITIES**
n
You will be responsible for managing client files from the initial sign-up through to slab down, ensuring every stage of the pre-construction process is completed accurately and on time.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing all client administration from sign-up through to slab down.
n
Liaising with clients throughout the pre-construction process.
n
Coordinating drafting, engineering, energy assessments and other consultants.
n
Managing finance approvals, council and developer requirements.
n
Following up outstanding documentation and approvals.
n
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all milestones are achieved.
n




Working closely with our sales team and external stakeholders to keep files progressing.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
Previous administration experience within the residential building industry.
n
A strong understanding of the pre-construction process.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple files while maintaining attention to detail.
n
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
n
A prestart consultant or similar looking to step up
n
