Job Description
The Opportunity – 24 Month fixed term contract:
n
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will support solution design and technical alignment for system integrations within our Customer Transformation Program - a strategic initiative focused on modernizing core customer platforms, enhancing digital channels, and streamlining business processes ushering in a more up-to-date way of working. Responsibilities included:
n
n
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to system integrations and data exchanges.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders — to ensure integration solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
n
Map and document data flows between core platforms, identifying dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
n
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and validate integration designs and interface specifications.
n
Support testing and validation of integrated systems by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and assisting with defect triage.
n
Provide clear traceability between business requirements, integration designs, and delivered outcomes, ensuring alignment with the broader Customer Transformation roadmap.
n

You will have most of the following experience:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly regarded.
n
Deep experience with digital channels and core customer platforms.
n
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and system requirements into explicit documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system integrations (API, data flows, cloud environments etc.)
n
Experience in agile and/or hybrid delivery environments, with strong facilitation and requirements management skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership and governance forums.
n
Experience with major corporate transformations (desirable).
n
Experience within utilities/energy industry (desirable).
n
