Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our high‑performing Essendon team. You’ll take ownership of a well‑maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supported by leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a residential portfolio end‑to‑end
Building strong, long‑term relationships with rental providers and renters
Overseeing leasing, applications, and compliance
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
Attending VCAT and handling more complex tenancy matters




Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation and compliance
Confident communicator with excellent problem‑solving skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
