An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading Sydney-based mechanical contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC projects across the Sydney market.

You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of refurb and fit-out projects up to circa $2.5M, working closely with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on project management role suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-paced construction environment and understands what it takes to successfully deliver mechanical services projects

As a HVAC Project Manager you will be:
Taking full responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomes
Leading projects valued up to $2.5M
Coordinating with builders,



consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources
Reviewing drawings, specifications, scope and project documentation
Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting and cost control
Leading project meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
Working closely with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery

For this role salary is circa $140-160K plus vehicle and super. There are opportunities for growth and progression within the business for those who want to further their career.
