From quick exterior washes to complete interior and exterior detailing packages, our services are tailored to maintain our client’s vehicle's value and keep it looking its best all year round. Using industry-grade equipment, secure cleaning products, and up-to-date detailing techniques, we aim to achieve a flawless finish every time. We are looking for Car Wash Manager to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily car washing, detailing and customer service operations.
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising car wash attendants and detailers.
Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints and maintain service standards.




Manage transactions, inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and consumables.
Ensuring automatic or manual wash equipment functions properly and adheres to environmental and safety rules.
Monitor service quality and implement operational improvements where required.
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure workplace, safety and environmental requirements are followed.

Qualifications, skills and experience required
AQF Diploma or similar
At least 1 year of experience in similar role
Team supervision and work allocation
Staff training and onboarding
Staff rostering and shift management
Stock management and inventory reporting
Reporting property damage and workplace issues
Communication and coordination with Management
