You will recruit and onboard event staff, oversee online safety inductions, and supervise casual staff and volunteers across festival operations from St Kilda Town Hall with versatile working arrangements.

This full time role in Melbourne requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy festival workplace.
