Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Roseville NSW

We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to build and improve digital marketing capabilities that support customer acquisition, retention and business growth. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital channels, customer data, technology and experimentation.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms.
Drive qualified customer demand and improve campaign performance through testing.
Manage email marketing, automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
Support website optimisation, conversion improvements and digital customer experiences.
Maintain digital tracking, reporting and performance dashboards.
Improve CRM, marketing automation and audience management capabilities.
Identify opportunities to use AI, technology and automation to improve marketing effectiveness.
Develop experiments and share insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications




Experience developing and optimising digital media strategies and campaigns.
Robust knowledge of paid media platforms, particularly Google and Meta.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions.
Understanding of CRM, email marketing and customer journeys.
Experience with website optimisation and digital analytics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Curiosity about emerging technology, automation and AI-enabled marketing.
Experience in technology, SaaS, subscription businesses or lifecycle marketing is desirable.
