About the Role

Solutions IE Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Handyperson / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team across South-East Queensland.

This hands-on role involves carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and safety rectification works across residential and commercial properties. You’ll play an key role in helping clients resolve property hazards and maintenance issues quickly, professionally, and safely.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation and be part of a newly developed division focused on practical property solutions and hazard rectification.

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and minor works across residential and commercial properties
Completing make-safe solutions including:
anti-slip strip installation
hazard highlighting
minor repairs and rectifications
general safety improvements
Identifying practical solutions to on-site maintenance and safety issues
Providing professional and friendly customer service while on-site
Responding promptly and efficiently to client requests
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or similar trade-based role
Practical skills across a range of maintenance and repair tasks
A strong customer service focus and skilled communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
Flexibility and availability to work on a casual, as-needed basis
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
Company tools and equipment will be provided
