Smith & Co is proud to represent another Brisbane-based provider of world-class commercial and industrial solar PV systems. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to lead on-site solar installations and drive secure, high-quality outcomes across our commercial portfolio.
This is a hands-on role suited to an electrician who enjoys running jobs, mentoring teams, and delivering projects right the first time.

4 day work week

Key responsibilities include:
Leading commercial solar installations from site start through to commissioning
Ensuring all works comply with Australian Standards, Queensland regulations and company processes
Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering and Operations teams
Liaising with subcontractors,
clients and site stakeholders
Ensuring productivity targets and weekly project plans are met
Completing QA checks, audits and project documentation
About You
You are a confident site leader with solid electrical fundamentals and proven commercial solar experience.
Essential requirements:
Current Electrical Licence (QLD)
White Card
SAA Accreditation
Demonstrated experience in commercial solar installations
Strong safety focus and ability to lead by example
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Highly regarded:
Battery accreditation
Experience leading install teams on large or complex projects
