The role

A mix of inbound and outbound. Some days you'll be answering customer enquiries and support calls for our clients. Other days you'll be calling business owners and decision-makers to explain an offer, handle a few objections and lock in an appointment. Everything runs through Salesforce and cloud phones. We supply the laptop and headset, train you on every campaign and coach you along the way. Work from home anywhere in Australia,



with a supervisor a message away.

What you need
A confident, friendly phone manner. Calm with customers, persistent with prospects.
Transparent spoken English and the ability to think on your feet
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace (we provide the rest)
Self-motivation. You can manage your own day without someone looking over your shoulder.
Call centre, sales, hospitality, retail or customer service experience helps, but isn't essential. We train you.
