About the role

PINA' is looking for a all-rounder position to join our vibrant and rapid-paced team in Potts Point, NSW. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our popular neighbourhood coffeeshop This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in a fun, social workplace.

What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to cafe patrons
Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Restocking and maintaining cafe supplies and equipment
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Assisting with general cafe operations, including cash handling and cleaning
Supporting the cafe management team as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar cafe or hospitality role
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Knowledge of common bar equipment, ingredients and techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
