We're looking for a customer service focused gem to join our team in GOLDMARK BALLINA as a Sales Professional.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales focused customer service position
Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team




Strong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in customers' lives
Versatile availability to meet our seven days roster requirements

Responsibilities
Connecting with customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery
Working alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
Keeping updated with product knowledge, policies and procedures
Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
