What you'll be doing
Owning the carrier relationships. You'll be the person airlines and co-loaders want to do business with — negotiating rates, securing space, and sorting out problems before they become headaches.
Running the show operationally. Air imports, air exports, documentation, compliance, exceptions — you'll keep it all moving smoothly and on time.
Leading a team that trusts you. You'll coach, develop, and back your Air Operators and Coordinators so they can do their best work.
Shaping the commercial outcome. Working closely with Sales and Key Account Management, your market knowledge will directly influence pricing and win rate.
Keeping us compliant and credible. IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods, Border Force requirements — you'll make sure we're always ahead of the curve.
