Evolution Early Learning Mooloolaba is seeking an enthusiastic, Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team. This role involves delivering high-quality, engaging educational programs in a premium, unique multi-level service featuring a dedicated kindergarten level designed to provide a seamless early learning journey for children.

Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Lead and inspire a dynamic team of educators on Level 3 to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our centre's practices

About you
Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (essential)
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
Passion for nurturing, educating, and inspiring young minds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to ongoing skilled growth and reflective practice
