Job Description
Aliaxis APAC is seeking a proactive HSE Business Partner to drive a proactive safety culture at the Smithfield manufacturing site.
You will coach leaders, strengthen safety leadership, manage injury processes and lead risk-based initiatives on the shop floor.
You will build relationships across levels, review incidents, conduct root cause analyses and deliver practical HSE training.
The role requires 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing and a relevant degree, with robust analytical skills
