Job Description
TAL Australia is seeking a Claims Consultant to manage life insurance claims end-to-end within our Group space for the Aware fund.
You will deliver a seamless customer experience, communicating status and managing expectations for advisers, trustees, and fund administrators.
Responsibilities include handling a portfolio of IP/TPD and related claims, analyzing data, coordinating with external doctors and in-house experts, and ensuring timely outcomes in line with policies and procedures.
