About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.
Working as part of the site-based project team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help maintain effective project systems, records and processes.
This is a permanent, full-time, site-based position working standard project delivery hours.
It will ideally suit an administrator with previous civil construction, infrastructure or broader construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
provide administrative support to the project delivery team
manage site documentation, registers, records and filing systems
process purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation
coordinate site inductions, onboarding and training records
maintain workforce information,
timesheets and attendance records
support project reporting, meetings and team communications
liaise with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
ensure administrative processes comply with company requirements.
About You
previous administration experience, ideally in civil construction, infrastructure or construction
experience with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and document control
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
effective written and verbal communication skills
confidence using Microsoft Office and project administration systems
the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
a collaborative approach and commitment to supporting the wider site team
availability to work full-time, on site, during standard project delivery hours across Western Sydney.
Have or ability to obtain a construction white card
