Role Description This full-time remote Sales & Marketing Skilled role is focused on promoting OrganisedSuccess’s online business programs and supporting prospective and existing clients through the entire sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting online consultations, presenting program offerings, and guiding prospects through decision-making. The role involves managing follow-up communications, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, support online campaigns,



and provide feedback to improve messaging and sales processes. This position is ideal for someone who is self-directed, comfortable working remotely, and motivated by helping others achieve flexible, growth-oriented business outcomes.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport in virtual settings.
Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Service skills focused on delivering a positive, supportive client experience.
Training and coaching capabilities to help clients understand programs and successfully engage with offerings.
Sales Management or pipeline management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on leads.
Comfort with work from home tools and online platforms; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
