About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at NONDA, a fully licensed modern Japanese restaurant located in Gasworks Plaza, Newstead, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service and a excellent experience for guests. You'll support the front-of-house team during service, train and support team members, and help manage daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities
Support and guide the FOH team during service

Ensure high standards of service and presentation
Take orders and provide excellent food and beverage service
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

About you
Experienced in hospitality, with 1+ years' experience preferred
Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Confident, friendly and positive
Strong in communication and customer service
Calm, organised and adaptable in a quick-paced environment
Passionate about hospitality and Japanese food
A problem-solver who takes initiative
Reliable, hands-on and team-oriented
