ETT Career Move is seeking an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA/OPA) Designer for an Australian Government program in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop OIA/OPA solutions based on business and policy requirements.
Translate complex business rules and legislation into Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) rules.
Work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design OIA interviews, decision logic and user experiences.
Work with OIA connectors, APIs and styling extensions.
Support integration of OIA with Siebel and other enterprise applications.
Prepare technical/design documentation and support testing and deployment.
Work within Agile and/or structured software development settings.

Key Skills




Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
Experience with Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) and rule authoring.
Solid understanding of OIA connectors, APIs and styling.
Experience designing complex business rules / decision logic.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Siebel integration experience is highly desirable.
Robust documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Australian Government experience and Baseline clearance preferred/required as applicable.
