What We Offer

About the Opportunity
Our Melbourne Operations team is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the business in a full-time, office-based role.
In this role you will report to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
Monitor and review novated lease budgets for contracts.
Negotiate and prepare variations on behalf of consultants.
Manage lease contracts, ensuring a portfolio of contracts are reviewed and updates to existing contracts are recorded within case management systems maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Stay up to date with legislative changes regarding novated leasing or Fringe Advantages Tax (FBT) legislation and make adjustments as required.
Provide support to clients, aiding in any queries regarding their novated lease contract, making sure they are making informed decisions about their leasing arrangement.
Maintain a positive relationship with external stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of entitlements are upheld as part of the leasing contract.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A degree or diploma in Finance, Business or a related discipline
Previous experience within the fleet management, novated leasing or salary packaging industry
Minimum one years' experience in contract administration or contract management
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and active listening skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team
Availability to work on-site in our Melbourne office Monday to Friday
