Nando's Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking a Head of Design to shape the look and feel of our restaurants across Australia and Recent Zealand. This 12-month parental leave cover will lead restaurant design across ANZ, reporting to the Chief Development Officer and guiding a Design Coordinator.

You will oversee recent builds, relocations, refurbishments and innovations, collaborating with Development, Construction, Operations and global teams to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
