About the Role

As Head of Operations, you will work directly alongside our Co-CEOs and Founder to translate strategy into seamless operational execution. Working full time from the Darlinghurst office, you will lead cross-functional teams to build scalable tech infrastructure and integrate frontier AI tools across both internal workflows and user-facing digital products. This is a big role, where no two days will be the same, but you will find yourself:
Translating the vision into operational plans, measurable KPIs, and effective frameworks;
Driving the adoption of AI models to optimise efficiency and maintain CW’s product edge;
Partnering with the Founder, Co-CEOs, and UX team to lead the Engineering team in executing product roadmap goals;
Overseeing content creation, e-commerce fulfillment, partnerships and live event production;
Leading negotiations, vendor management,



liaisons with guest chefs and resource allocation;
Managing the P&L;, ensuring optimised operational costs across all departments.

About You

If you are perfect to join the CW team, you will have experience in a start-up or high-growth workplace, building infrastructure and managing multi-disciplinary teams. You also have a genuine enthusiasm for chefs, digital media, lifestyle brands, and the culinary industry, as well as the following:
Expertise in up-to-date collaboration platforms and a drive to implement AI-driven systems;
Exceptional diplomacy and skill in managing talent, creative partners, and external vendors;
Comfortable pivoting priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to multiskill across departments;
Capability to travel as required;
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful culture and adhering to WHS, safety, and privacy regulations.
