In Australia, Pan Pacific Hotels Group owns and operates six hotels including Pan Pacific Melbourne, which is conveniently located in the heart of South Wharf providing easy access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Central Business District and key local attractions.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Attendant who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service and expertly crafted beverages.
Deliver exceptional, personalised service that creates memorable guest experiences.
Prepare and serve a range of premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages.
Build genuine guest connections through friendly, confident, and professional service.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness,



and organisation across all bar areas.
Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Hold a current RSA Certificate and demonstrate a commitment to responsible service practices.

Talent Profile
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Previous experience in a busy bar workplace, with cocktail and coffee knowledge highly regarded.
Outstanding communication skills and a qualified, polished presentation.
A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative when required.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
