This is a diverse role with a robust payroll focus, ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with legislative requirements. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation and play a key role in supporting our upcoming payroll and HR platform migration.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing and administration.
Payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities.
Managing payroll enquiries and supporting employees.
Maintaining payroll records and employee data.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes.
Assisting with payroll system implementation, testing and process improvement initiatives.
Supporting the transition from MYOB to Employment Hero.
About you
Demonstrated payroll experience in a finance or payroll position.
Solid practical experience using MYOB Acumatica.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience undertaking reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Sound knowledge of and experience in interpreting the Live Performance Award.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
