An exciting prospect has arisen for a diligent and team oriented Financial Controller to join the business and lead the financial accounting function in Warrnambool.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key component of the finance leadership team and have broad responsibilities including:
Take responsibility of monthly financial reporting
Cash flow management and forecasting
Balance sheet reconciliations and review
Oversee and establish a continuous improvement philosophy to internal controls and documented procedures
Statutory and tax compliance
Foreign exchange management
Lead and manage the annual audit
Payroll management
Systems/IT and Chart of Accounts ownership
Company secretarial duties
Support Executive with financial evaluation and insights
To be considered for this role, you will be
be well suited to working in a team setting
CPA of CA qualified,
5 plus years' experience in a like type position
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel and commercially astute
ERP system experience
An appetite for learning and growth
