This giant ASX listed company has been a leader in its industry for decades. Over the past five years, it has achieved significant growth through both organic and inorganic channels, prompting a strategic restructure to support its expansion. With strong flexibility and explicit pathways for career progression, this role will be a highly sought-after opportunity in the market.

Due to growth, the business is now seeking to appoint a talented Financial Accountant to join the team. This positions responsibilities will include:
Assist with month-end activities including reconciliations, accruals, journals and fixed assets register maintenance
Partake in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
Preparation of comprehensive cashflow statements
Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data, track budget variances,



and assist with accurate and timely reporting
Analysis data, identifying trends and providing insights to support commercial decision making
Various tax returns such as BAS, FBT and corporate tax
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations and internal policies

For you to be considered for this exciting prospect, you will be CA/CPA qualified (or studying towards) with at least 3 years' experience inside a large chartered firm (open on business services or audit) or complex commercial organisation. You will also need to be a fantastic communicator, possess strong technical skills and work well inside a team oriented workplace.
